Your First Visit
What to Expect
A Warm Welcome
From the moment you walk in, our team is focused on making you comfortable. Help yourself to coffee or tea while you settle in.
Comprehensive Exam
Dr. Lanzon will conduct a thorough examination including digital X-rays, intraoral camera imaging, and a full periodontal assessment. She'll take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
Your Treatment Plan
We'll review your exam findings together, discuss any areas of concern, and outline a clear treatment plan — with costs and priorities explained before we proceed with anything.
Professional Cleaning
If your schedule allows, we'll complete your cleaning at the same appointment. Otherwise, we'll schedule a follow-up at a time that works for you.

Photo ID
Dental insurance card (if applicable)
List of current medications and supplements
Any relevant medical history (heart conditions, diabetes, medications that affect bleeding, etc.)
Previous dental X-rays if available (we can also request them from your prior dentist)
Your completed new patient forms (see below)

We Work With Your Insurance
We are in-network with most PPO dental plans. For out-of-network plans, we make it easy — we'll file your claims on your behalf and help you maximize every benefit you're entitled to.
PPO Insurance
We are in-network with most PPO dental plans. If your plan is out-of-network, we still file claims on your behalf and work to make the process as seamless as possible.
No Insurance?
Our in-house membership plan gives you access to preventive care and significant discounts on all treatments — no insurance required. Starting at $450/year.
